Personal information on SACIA
Sacia started her Real Estate Career in March of 1999 with
Broker/Mother, Dell Palmer. In 2002, Dell Properties became part of
the International Real Estate Group, Realty Executives. Realty
Executives is located on Main Street in Madison in the Palmer house.
She has been a Top Sales Producer and Multi-Million Dollar producer
since 2001. From Realty Executives International, she has also
received the Executive Award, 100% Club Award, and the Chairman's
Award several times. Sacia has a wonderful husband and three sweet
daughters that keep life interesting outside of real estate. She
enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing games and
is actively involved with the LDS Church. Sacia is hardworking,
trustworthy, and will get the job done when others would have given

 Finishing
residency and getting that dream job can be a very exciting

 My
home had been listed with another realtor for 8 months,
sitting stale, with very little action. Since I'd moved
out-of-state, communication was very important to me, yet it
only seemed to come when I initiated it, or when the listing
contract was due for renewal. Near each renewal, there was
"someone very interested", yet after re-listing, the
"interested party" faded off--this happened three times!
After 8 frustrating months, I began shopping for a new
realtor.
When I interviewed Sacia, she had several fresh and creative
ideas for marketing my home. Communication was excellent
from the start. She made me feel like my home was her only
listing, though I know she had several others at the same
time. I felt like my home was her top priority. With her
creative ideas, we listed our home for the same asking
price, had several truly interested buyers within the first
three days, and had it under contract within a week of the
first showing, at full appraised value! We even had someone
wanting to place a back-up offer!
Once we were under contract, the emails and telephone calls
did not cease. She kept my updated on progress, and closely
monitored the entire transaction through closing. My only
regret was that I didn't list with her months before! I
would highly recommend Sacia to anyone who needs to sell
their home. We were very pleased with her professional, yet
personal approach to real estate.
