My Background

Prior to my becoming a Realtor, years ago I spent 10 years in the building materials industry. That background gives me a unique edge when it comes to knowing about the products used in building homes. Everything from appliances to cabinets as well as roofs and siding too!!! I will never tell you I know everything about the materials it takes to build a home, but can at least inform you on the good and the bad I have seen over the years.

If you are thinking about selling your home, I can advise you on those little touches or making improvements that will bring you the greatest return on your investment.
