Before signing up in our system, there are just a few terms you should know.

1. To join the database is free. You must meet a few requirements.

  • You must be a licensed Real Estate Agent in your State.

  • You must be an MLS Board member in your area

  • You must hold the Realtor designation

2. When you do receive a lead from us, it will be based on a 25% referral fee. A referral fee agreement must be signed by your broker.

3. To streamline the system, and avoid delays in contact with the lead, you must also sign a agreement with us that any leads given to you by LDS Directories LLC (with or without a referral agreement) agreeing to pay a 25% referral fee until the time that the official agreement, per lead, can be signed by your broker.
